Homeward Bound

A lovely, if cold and windy, last day in Paris. Checked in for my flight, and wandered the Latin Quarter taking photos. I have a reservation this evening at a recommended restaurant nearby. I’ve nervously scoped out the Metro to the airport, and where to get cafe au lait at 6am.

Yep, I went and had me some great adventure these last 6 weeks. But, glad to return home to family and friends and pup Pippin. Hope she remembers me!

My place of refuge for the last 3 days. Built in the 17th century…..it was 80 steps up to my little garret!
I made it!

  4. So wonderful to end with notre dame, beautiful!

Pat and i are in Glasgow, enjoying rainbow weather here.

Any drawings of doorways or windows in your journal? I love the depth of doorways and window sills of European homes. One can feel history happened in each one.
