Heading Out on our Own

We left St. Nicolas in 2 taxis going in different directions. Brenda to a hotel in Ponferrada & Madrid, on the first leg of her UK adventure. I went 10 km east of here to Molinaseca, one of my favorite small Spanish towns. I was bone-tired so didn’t do much (not there’s anything to do here) besides lovingly stroll around, eat dinner, and collapse into a long, delicious sleep.

The photo is from a coffee perch, listening to the church bells chime “Ave Maria” at noon.
