Let us introduce you to St. Nicolas du Flue Alburgue

We have been in training all day with the crew who is leaving their service here tomorrow.  They are amazing and taught us so much.  Tomorrow, we are flying solo as hospitaleras/os at St. Nicolas.  Take a look at this place…

The chapel bell
Inside the chapel
Outside dining and relaxation under a large grapevine arbor
The walkway up to St. Nicolas, with Peregrinos waiting to register for the night
A large yard when people sit in the sun to relax after a long day hiking
25th anniversary of this albergue
The slickest coffee machine ever!
Our private kitchen just for the hospitaleros

Much more later after we have gotten a couple of days under our belts.  It’s very exciting here, and we are looking forward to all this adventure will bring.

Alls well here. Weather is cooling down some so that’s nice. Keep sending those pictures. Makes me feel like I’m there.
