Holy Toledo!

Today we are doing a day train trip to Toledo, the early medieval capitol of Spain before Madrid. This is Karen sinking into a cup of Cafe con Leche, nectar of the gods.  Still getting the run-around from Iberian Air, you would think they’ve never lost a bag before.

This is Brenda.  We spent a great day in Toledo, Spain, with our friend Jenny, who just completed the Portuguese Camino.   A beautiful day in a beautiful city.  Check it out!  These pictures are from the Catedral de Primada de Toledo and other sights in the city.

Wait a minute!  Are we in Ohio or Spain?

      Usually airlines who have lost luggage get it to you within 24 hours….not in this case I guess. Do they at least know where it went?

      The pics are lovely! Toledo looks ancient and amazing….yay!!! Do they have diet coke there? 😊

    Toledo is a great city! El Greco’s paintings are there and his elongated figures have historians thinking he had an astigmatism? Whatever the reason, they are inspiring and the whole place should have a charm tax! So sorry to hear you are still dealing with your lost suitcase. Perhaps you will be shopping at Corte Ingles in Madrid! At their expense! Glad to hear Jenny rendevouzed with you and completed the Portuguese Camino route! Best wishes to everyone…Robin
